The process is 15 sessions, which most people do every other week until they're done. That's 7 months. That being said, many people want to get a momentum building in the beginning and want to do the first 3-4 sessions weekly, then start spacing them out once they have more 'homework' to do between sessions. For those folks it takes a little less time. For people who have more going on and need to space sessions more than 2 weeks apart it can take up to a year. Sessions are 60 minutes long, structured and efficient to maximize our time. We'll go over what's happened since our last session and then apply what you've learned immediately.
